About the Dinner

The Sixth Annual Food and Wine Pairing Dinner benefiting the Boston Sea Rovers Summer Internship is being held Friday, March 8th at 5:30pm (EST) at the Topsfields Commons 1854, 4 North Commons Street, Topsfield, MA.   Our special guests will be Brian Skerry and Joe Romerio.  The cost of the dinner is $250/per person.

Select wines will be paired with each course.  This year’s menu will be:

Cheese Plate & Charcuterie Plate w/Artisan Breads and Spreads

Salad

Baby Arugula with shaved Pecorino Romano drizzled with a lemon oil olive

Appetizer

Jumbo Crabmeat cocktail in martini glasses atop seaweed salad

Entrees

 NY Sirloin steak au poivre accompanied by pancetta candied Brussel sprouts and Yukon potato flan

OR

Baked stuffed lobster accompanied by apple, fennel slaw

 Dessert

Torched Crème Brulee
