Exhibitor Information

The Boston Sea Rovers are proud to present each year New England’s largest exhibit of dive equipment manufacturers, dive travel, clubs, training agencies and dive accessories.  Exhibitors come from across the nation and abroad to participate and display for divers across the northeast the newest and best gear available.  Unlike other dive shows, the exhibit is held alongside the rest of the Clinic, thus offering completely unfettered access to both our daytime lectures and our valued exhibitors from the dive industry.  This integration is crucial to the continued success of our show and provides a complete experience for both divers and the dive industry representatives, without the need to commute off-site in order to take in the entire show. 

Our exhibitors span the spectrum necessary to enhance the dive experience and rewards the attendee with access to a broad range of the newest destinations, your old favorites, the newest gear and innovations, books, safety and training agencies, our regional dive clubs as well as the very important government and non-profit groups which protect our dive environment.  In addition the proximity of the main exhibit halls to the rest of the Clinic provides opportunity for trade representatives to participate in the other elements of our Clinic, something not available at other dive shows. 

At a Boston Sea Rovers Underwater Clinic you will find novice diver, experienced world traveler, and diving trailer blazer all under one roof.  Not least is the opportunity of the exhibitor to participate in the annual Workshops, either attending, or leading one of the workshops, all without the need of a time-consuming commute.  Located in the heart of historic downtown Boston, our Clinic provides easy access to highway, rail, and air transportation.  Numerous hotels, restaurants, pubs and shopping opportunities are mere steps away.   In a nutshell, within our home at the Boston Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel, you can indeed have it all.

The facilities of the Fairmont Hotel provide the finest atmosphere in the dive industry for your exhibit.  The Main Ballroom, Ballroom Foyer, Mezzanine and connecting plaza are completely integrated and the traffic through each room is enhanced by a clear, organized and user friendly layout.  There are multiple doorways to enter the halls and multiple access points between each room.  In addition there is a main stage where raffles, door prizes and exhibits are on continuous display throughout the Clinic.  Trade display is coordinated by our exhibitor chairman and facilitated by a Trade Show contractor.  Setups are fast, efficient and handled professionally by an experienced crew to ensure that your display is handled with care.

Dive industry professionals are located on the main floors of the Ballroom, Ballroom Foyer and the Plaza, while G.O.’s N.G.O.’s and dive clubs are generally located on the Mezzanine.  Booth sizes vary according to location, generally being either 10 ft wide x 8 feet deep or 8 ft wide x 8 feet deep.  Corner units and double booths are also available, priced accordingly.   No encroachment into the aisles is permitted and normal audio volumes are the rule.  This isn’t a show where your customer will be run over nor do you have to shout for your customer to hear you.  If your display has special considerations, please let us know and we will endeavor to accommodate you.
